The project involved the renovation of a tuition centre located in a mall. The scope of work included the submission of Fire Safety Certificate (FSC), renovation tasks such as electrical works, installation of partition walls and glass panels, air-conditioning ducting, and conducting LEW electrical testing and commissioning for 150Amp MSB. As the main fit-out contractor, the project began with the submission of the WSH Safety Plan, RA, MS, WIC and PL insurances to the mall management.
