The Arts House is an iconic building for it was the Old Parliament of Singapore. Our project was to restore the ground-level unit to an art gallery. Formerly a restaurant, work done was for hot works welding, electrical, lighting, plumbing, removing old kitchen equipment, and compliance with URA Heritage requirements such as type of paint and materials used. Relevant RA, MS, work safety, and insurance documentation submitted. Project handled as main fit-out contractor.
