Dental clinic setup from the bare unit in a Mall. Workscope included wetworks, waterproofing, flooring, electrical wiring, commissioning of X-Ray room for radiation testing by NEA, carpentry, LEW testing and commissioning, FSC submission, QP PE approval for structural work, piping for plumbing. The project started with the WSH Safety Plan, RA, MS, WIC, and PL insurance submitted to Mall management. Project handled as main fit-out contractor.
